• BITS Pilani received the prestigious Jal Yodha Samman 2025–26 for excellence in water sustainability. The award was received by Prof. Srinivas Rallapalli, recognizing achievements in rainwater harvesting, wastewater recycling, real-time monitoring, and near-zero liquid discharge.

• Mr. Manoj Mittal (BITS Pilani, Batch of 1980) delivered a talk titled "Building a Career in Civil & Structural Engineering Consulting – From Classroom to Consultancy" on 18/04/2026.
• Dr. Manoj Kumar Yadav (Assistant Professor, IIT Patna) delivered a lecture on “Sustainable Drinking Water Treatment Technologies for Arsenic, Iron, and Fluoride Removal in Rural and Urban India” on 18/04/2026. Convener: Prof.Pubali Mandal.
• Dr. Suresh Kumar (IIRS, ISRO, Dehradun) delivered a lecture on “Frontier Applications of Geospatial Data Analytics in Agriculture and Soils” on 27/04/2026. Convenor: Prof. Srinivas Rallapalli.
