National Academic Depository (NAD) Portal
We are pleased to announce that BITS Pilani is now live on the National Academic Depository (NAD) portal. Presently, all degree and diploma certificates issued by BITS Pilani for students graduating from 2017 onwards are accessible through the National Academic Depository (nad.gov.in) (NAD) Portal.
How to Access Your Digital Certificates:
- Log in to DigiLocker: An Initiative Towards Paperless Governance, an initiative towards paperless governance.
- Navigate to Issuers (Education and Learning), search and select The Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani as shown in the screenshot below:
3.Use your mobile number, username, or Aadhaar to access DigiLocker
The requirement of filling up the "Month" of passing for accessing the degree certificate has been removed by Digilocker. Now, to access your degree/diploma on Digilocker, the following three mandatory fields are required to be filled up:
(a) Roll Number: Typically found at the top left corner of the degree certificate e.g 81/F0001. It's a unique identifier assigned to you by the Institute.
(b) Registration Number: Also, usually located at the top left corner of the degree certificate. This number serves as another unique identifier provided by the Institute.
(c) Year: This is mentioned in the first line of the second paragraph of the degree certificate. It indicates the year of your graduation.
