Institute fellowship: INR ₹37,000/- per month. The fellowship may be enhanced to ₹40,000/- or ₹42,000/- after two years based on the performance. Institute Fellows will also receive a contingency amount of ₹20,000/- per year.
Part-time students are not offered any stipend
Stipend is given for a maximum duration of 5 years (10 semesters) from the date of admission.

Yes, there is a provision for this. The student needs to go through all protocols for PhD admission.
On successful completion of prescribed course work a PhD student will be eligible to appear in qualifying examination and can apply for the same to DRC. For more details, students may refer to section 2.7 of the PhD guidelines.
The candidates are advised to publish their work in International/National Refereed Journals, obtain patents and present their work in International/national Conferences of repute. It is expected that candidate publishes minimum of two research papers from his research work in peer reviewed journals before the pre-submission seminar.
There is a provision for International Travel Grant. However, this is a competitive grant. Please go through the Guidelines.
Yes, all PhD and HD students are required to do TA duty, which will be assigned by the HoD.
Yes, there is a provision to be registered under SIRE.
