The Pilani Convention Project is a prestigious infrastructure initiative at BITS Pilani, generously funded by the institute's alumni. Designed to enhance the campus’s hospitality and event-hosting capabilities, the project comprises two major structures:

• Guest Room Block (G+5):
  This building houses 100 executive rooms, 6 suite rooms, and 1 specially designed room for differently-abled guests, offering modern and comfortable accommodation facilities.
• Convention Block (G+2):
  This block includes a spacious dining hall, a multipurpose hall for various events and gatherings, and a well-equipped conference hall for academic and professional meetings.

The Pilani Convention Project is envisioned to support large-scale academic events, alumni meets, conferences, and guest accommodations, reflecting the strong legacy and continued commitment of BITS alumni toward the institute’s growth.
