Prof Rishi Kumar was invited as panelist in the Regional Workshop on Rural Livelihoods organized by the National Rural Livelihood Mission, Ministry of Rural Development, GoI in association with the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty, Department of Rural Development, Government of Telangana, covering the State Rural Livelihood Missions of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Puducherry, Lakshwadeep and Andaman & Nicobar Islands. The focus of the workshop was to brainstorm on strategies and interventions for “Making of Lakhpati Didis”, and the event saw participation from government officials, subject experts and practitioners.
