The Department of Management Studies, BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, is delighted to host the International Conference on Management Innovation & Business Transformation (ICMIBT 2027) on 14–15 January 2027. The conference will bring together researchers, academicians, industry professionals and experts to explore emerging ideas, innovative practices and transformative approaches shaping the future of business and management. The conference aims to facilitate an intellectual and meaningful dialogue on emerging developments that are redefining the future of management and business. ICMIBT 2027 will be a valuable opportunity to connect and network with other participants, fostering research collaborations and generating insights through keynote sessions, scholarly presentations and expert discussions.
The general objective of ICMIBT 2027 is to provide an international and interdisciplinary platform that advances high-quality management research, promotes dialogue on innovation and business transformation, strengthens collaboration among academia, industry and policymakers, supports emerging scholars and encourages responsible, sustainable and technology-enabled solutions to contemporary business challenges.
Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts covering, but not limited to, the following areas:
The above themes are indicative and not exhaustive. Research contributions of exceptional quality from all areas of management and related disciplines are encouraged for submission.
ICMIBT 2027 is committed to supporting the development of emerging researchers. The Student Research Track will provide undergraduate and postgraduate students with an opportunity to present completed or ongoing research before an international academic audience.
The track aims to provide constructive feedback, encourage interaction with experienced researchers and strengthen the quality and practical relevance of student research. Submissions may include research proposals, work-in-progress studies, dissertation-based research, pilot studies and completed research papers.
At least one student author must register for and present the accepted work to be considered for the Best Paper Award.

We invite the submission of extended abstracts (1,500 - 2,000 words) via the Google Form link by 1 November 2026. The extended abstract should clearly present the research objectives, methodology, key findings and contributions of the study. Submissions must be prepared in Microsoft Word format.
All submissions will undergo a peer-review process by an expert review panel to determine their suitability for presentation at the conference. Authors of accepted abstracts who wish to be considered for the conference publication opportunity will be invited to submit their full papers (5000 - 7000 words) by 30 November 2026. Only selected papers will be considered for publication. All manuscripts will undergo an independent peer-review process and must comply with the editorial policies, submission requirements and quality standards of the respective journal.
ICMIBT 2027 will be conducted in hybrid mode (in-person and online) from 14–15 January 2027.

Selected high-quality, original and unpublished research papers aligned with the conference themes may be shortlisted for an expedited peer-review process and considered for possible publication in a special issue of a peer-reviewed journal or in an edited volume published by a reputable Scopus-indexed publisher. All submitted manuscripts will be subject to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process and must comply fully with the editorial policies, publication ethics and quality standards prescribed by the respective journal or publisher.
Selected full papers from the conference will be considered for publication in any of the following journals:
