Title of the project: Cell-Penetrating Peptide-Assisted Intracellular Delivery of Non-Hydrolyzable
Homotypic Tetra-Ubiquitin Probes
Duration of the project: 36 months
Project position and number: Junior Research Fellow (ONE)
Workplace: BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus
Broad area of research: Organic Chemistry and Chemical Biology
Fellowship amount: Rs. 37,000 per month plus 30% HRA for the first two years (JRF); Rs. 42,000
per month plus 30% HRA for the third year (SRF). As per DST norms, the amount may vary for
non-NET/GATE candidates.
Eligibility requirements (mandatory): First Class Postgraduate with M.Sc. in Chemistry
Desirable (not mandatory):
• Highly motivated towards research with a strong eagerness to learn new techniques.
• Prior experience with organic small molecule and peptide synthesis, purifications, and
characterizations.
• Prior experience with drug/chemical delivery research.
• Qualification in national-level exams such as NET/GATE or equivalent.
