
The Department of Pharmacy, BITS Pilani, proudly announces that Ms. Sakshi Priya, a DST INSPIRE Fellow, has been selected as one of nine young researchers representing India at the prestigious 17th HOPE Meeting with Nobel Laureates, to be held in Japan from 2nd to 6th March. The program is fully sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, and the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).
Ms. Sakshi Priya is mentored by Dr. Gautam Singhvi, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacy, BITS Pilani. Her research work focuses on the development of advanced drug delivery systems, particularly nanocarriers and microneedles, which has played a key role in earning this distinguished recognition.
The HOPE Meeting brings together outstanding young researchers from the Asia-Pacific and African regions to engage in high-level scientific discussions with Nobel Laureates, fostering global collaboration and innovation.
The department congratulates Ms. Sakshi Priya on this remarkable achievement and wishes her a highly enriching and rewarding experience at the international forum.
