The lecture will be delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Devakar Goel, a globally acclaimed expert in the aviation industry and human resource management. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Aero Academy of Aviation Science and Management and has previously held the positions of Executive Director (HR) at the Airports Authority of India, HR Consultant at ICAO (Montreal), and Human Performance Technologist at IATA (Switzerland).

This insightful session will explore the rapidly expanding aviation sector—one that offers dynamic roles, international exposure, and some of the most rewarding career opportunities in today’s global economy.
