Opportunities
Off-Campus Thesis (Abroad)
Students have the opportunity to conduct their off-campus thesis at foreign universities or research labs during their final year for one or two semesters. For this purpose, students must submit the pre-registration form for the thesis course in the previous semester and register for the thesis at AUGSD/AGSRD. After registration, AUGSD/AGSRD will forward the details to IPCD.
IPCD provides partial financial support to eligible undergraduate students for travel expenses. To facilitate this process, IPCD will communicate with students to collect applications from interested candidates. To avail of this financial assistance, students must submit an application to IPCD.
Students are required to submit the necessary documents, including an invitation letter from the host university, travel tickets, a joining report from the host university, and boarding passes. IPCD will verify the student and travel details and forward them to the Accounts Department for further processing.
