Sakshi Khandelwal, a Chemical Engineering graduate of BITS Pilani (Hyderabad, 16), has carved an impressive career path in the fields of project management and product development. Armed with an MBA in Marketing from NMIMS Global and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, Sakshi has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication throughout her professional journey.

During her time at BITS, Sakshi was an active member of various clubs and the placement unit, while also engaging in impactful social work through organizations like NIRMAAN. Her passion for chemical engineering led her to undertake impactful internships at TATA Chemicals and UNILEVER, contributing to the development and launch of sunscreen and hair dye products.

As a Junior Research Fellow at IIT Delhi, Sakshi played a key role in developing the most cost-effective anti-venom for snake bites at the time. This breakthrough, later distributed by the government during the Kerala floods in 2015, underscored her commitment to socially relevant research and making a positive impact. Sakshi's journey reflects a blend of academic excellence, industry contribution, and a strong commitment to social causes.

Sakshi presently holds the role of Program Manager at Rebel Foods, where she plays a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategies, overseeing program initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Sakshi’s transition from being a core chemical engineer to a Project Manager has been natural and compelling. Before joining Rebel Foods, Sakshi served as an Associate Project Manager at Hasbro, effectively managing a diverse portfolio of sports action and gaming projects. She demonstrated expertise in initiating projects, maintaining milestones for over 100 diverse projects, and ensuring timely schedule targets, showcasing her proficiency in budget management and risk mitigation. Before her tenure at Hasbro, Sakshi was a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Avery Dennison.
