About IEEE DELCON 2026

IEEE DELCON is the flagship international conference of the IEEE Delhi Section under IEEE Region 10 (Asia Pacific). Since its launch in 2022, DELCON has served as a premier forum for researchers, industry professionals, and students to share advances in electrical, electronics, and computer engineering. The IEEE Delhi Section spans a vast geographical footprint, including the states of Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh, as well as the National Capital Territory of Delhi, and the Union Territories of Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh.

The inaugural edition of IEEE DELCON was held in 2022 at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), New Delhi, followed by DELCON 2023 hosted by Chitkara University, Punjab, and DELCON 2024 hosted by Bharati Vidyapeeth’s College of Engineering (BVPCE), New Delhi. The fourth edition, DELCON 2025, was organized by Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, during 31 October–2 November 2025. Each edition has attracted wide participation from academia, industry, and research organizations.

The fifth edition of IEEE DELCON 2026 (19–21 November 2026) will be hosted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani), Pilani Campus, Rajasthan, India, with the theme “Converging Technologies for Sustainable Innovation.” Organized in association with the IEEE Delhi Section, DELCON 2026 brings together diverse communities to explore interdisciplinary technologies and solutions for sustainable and impactful innovation across multiple technical tracks.

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, subject to IEEE quality and compliance requirements, and are indexed in major scholarly databases (e.g., Scopus and Google Scholar) in accordance with their respective policies.
