Job Description

(i)      To optimise the bioproduction process using a dynamic optimisation approach for the improved titer and productivity of primary cosmetic ingredients

(ii)    To investigate the formulation of the bioactive cosmetic nano-emulsion system

(iii)  To investigate the in vitro efficacy of cosmetic emulsions for their bioactive properties

Desirable Qualification

·         Adequate knowledge of handling microbes; handling stirred tank bioreactors

·         The candidate should have a strong interest in computational work (Programming in MATLAB and Python)

Essential Qualification

·         M.E./MTech or equivalent degree in Biotechnology/ Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks

·         MSc in Biotechnology (GATE/NET is mandatory)

Age Limit

28 years

Fellowship

Rs. 37000-Rs. 42000 per month (based on the performance and the year of PhD)
