Applications are invited for the position of Project Associate-I in the Department of Chemistry at BITS Pilani,
- K. Birla Goa Campus, Goa for a Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB-POWER grant) sponsored research project on Porphyrinoids for energy-relevant applications. This is an addendum to the previously posted advertisement dated 07.07.23 with an enhanced fellowship amount for the said post.

Broad area of Research: Bio-inorganic/Inorganic Chemistry, Porphyrinoids, Electrocatalysis
Project Details: i) This project will involve design and synthesis of a class of porphyrinoids.
- To explore the coordination chemistry and electrochemistry of above-synthesized molecules.
- Further utilization of these porphyrinoids as electrocatalysts will also be tested for energy-relevant
Duration of the project: 3 years. (The appointment will be renewed every year based on satisfactory performance).
Fellowship Amount (Rs.): Rs. 31,000 + 8% HRA per month
Accommodation: Hostel accommodation will be provided subjected to availability and will be governed by the rules and regulations of the institute prevailing at the time of joining of the candidate.
Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) or M.Pharm. (with specialization in Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Natural Product Chemistry) or M. Tech (Chemical Engineering)
