BITS Pilani, Dubai campus is inviting applications for a position "Counsellor" in the Student Welfare Division in BITS Pilani Dubai Campus.

To provide counselling and support services to students, helping them manage academic pressures, personal issues, mental health challenges, and other aspects of university life. Responsible for creating a safe and confidential environment for students to discuss their concerns and for offering resources to improve their emotional and mental well-being.
Educational qualification: Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensure or certification as a counsellor or therapist
Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in counselling or providing psychological support, ideally in a university or educational setting.
