Applications are invited from motivated and qualified candidates for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position under an early career ANRF grant No. ANRF/ECRG/2025/002233/PS in theoretical gravitational physics. A successful candidate will work on the following project under the supervision of
Prof. Sk Jahanur Hoque, Department of Physics, BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Title of the project: Asymptotic symmetries and cosmological memory effect in FLRW space-times
Duration of the project: 3 years
Project position and number: JRF (1 position)
Fellowship amount: Rs. 37000/month + HRA as (As per applicable ANRF, India norms / Institute norms).
Eligibility: First-class with M. Sc. in Physics with valid GATE/NET qualified candidates will be preferred.
Candidates with good knowledge in General Theory of Relativity, Mathematica, tensor manipulations are encouraged to apply. Age limit 28 years.
