The EmpowHer Fellowship Program envisions a world where women are at the forefront of leadership, innovation, and social transformation.

Through this initiative, we aim to empower young women at BITS Pilani to become confident leaders and changemakers who address critical social, technological, and business challenges.

The program seeks to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and networks required to drive meaningful change in their communities and beyond by fostering a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and responsibility.

WORKSHOPS

The Fellowship offers four interactive workshops on Leadership, Emotional & Mental Wellness, Gender Advocacy, and Career Development. These sessions are designed to build confidence, resilience, and while creativity, equipping participants with practical tools to address real-world challenges. Beyond skill building, workshops the foster collaboration, teamwork, and peer learning, enabling fellows to embrace diversity, adapt to change, and grow into impactful, empathetic leaders of tomorrow.

IMMERSION PROGRAM

The Fellowship offers three immersive experiences designed to extend learning beyond the classroom. Fellows participate in Entrepreneurship, Rural, and Research immersions, each providing hands-on exposure to diverse challenges and perspectives. These experiences broaden horizons, foster empathy, and cultivate leadership. By engaging directly with real world contexts, participants develop innovative solutions and a deeper understanding of the societal issues they aim to address.

MENTORSHIP

Mentoring sessions connect fellows with accomplished leaders and professionals across diverse fields. Through one-on-one conversations, invaluable receive participants guidance, constructive feedback, and career insights tailored to their journeys. Mentors inspire fellows to clarify goals, refine skills, and expand networks. This personalized support nurtures resilience, growth, and confidence, empowering participants to make meaningful impact in their chosen paths.
