Applications are invited for One Research Fellow (RF) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at and Hyderabad Campuses on a sponsored research project by ASM-HHV Engineering Ltd., Bangalore titled “Development of a Laser Assisted CVD Reactor system as an addition/alternative to Siemens CVD reactor for polysilicon production” under the Supervision of Prof. Satish Kumar Dubey, (Co-PI), and Prof. Rahul Kumar (Co-PI)
Project Principal Investigator (PI): Prof. Amol Deshpande, Assistant Professor BITS Pilani K K. Birla Goa Campus

Duration of the project: 17 months

The selected candidates will get a chance to apply for PhD degree at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus (Rules of PhD program for BITS Pilani are applicable) and candidate will be provided institute fellowship if admitted in PhD Program as per the rules of BITS Pilani for the remaining duration, total 05 years (Project+ Institute)

Fellowship Amount: ₹ 40,000 per month (consolidated). Location: BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. Eligibility: M. E./ M. Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Electronics / Electrical or equivalent with minimum 60% Marks.
