“Ohm Sweet Ohm” Event Conducted by AOEE

The "Ohm Sweet Ohm" event, held on September 13th, 2023, at the BITS Pilani Dubai Campus, marked the exciting kickoff of the academic year 2023–24 for the Department of Electrical Engineering. Organized by the Association of Electronic Engineers (AOEE), this event served as an engaging icebreaker, bringing together students from different academic years for an afternoon of fun and camaraderie.

The event was skillfully hosted by AOEE technical event team, in collaboration with Sanchit, Anas, and Bhavadev. To foster a sense of unity among the students, four teams were formed, each comprising four members with representation from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years.

A series of four exciting games were organized, with each game offering the winning team 30 points. These games included a challenging memory game, a mind-bending puzzle-solving contest, a musical chairs variation with a delightful twist, and the thrilling balloon race. These activities not only encouraged teamwork but also tested the participants' mental agility and physical prowess.

Amidst the competitive spirit, participants were treated to snacks to replenish their energy. Refreshing juices and delicious croissants were provided, allowing everyone to recharge and continue enjoying the event.

In summary ,the "Ohm Sweet Ohm" event was a resounding success, providing students with a memorable and enjoyable experience. It not only helped break the ice among students but also emphasized the importance of collaboration and friendly competition within the electrical engineering department. The event's enthusiastic participation and positive energy reflected the strong sense of community within the department, setting the stage for an exciting and productive academic year ahead.
