Applications are invited for ONE position of Research Fellow on a project,
“Building a Platform for Enabling Satellite-Assisted Non-Terrestrial Network and Supported Applications in Collaboration with Space & Telecom Agencies” under the supervision of Prof. Kunal Korgaonkar, Prof Vinayak Naik and Prof. Nitin Sharma.

To build a platform or testbed for simulating, testing, benchmarking and developing space applications enabled through Satellite-based Non-Territorial Networks.Work involves CPU/GPU/FPGA programming and systems programming (multi-threading, vector processing, etc.). Primary focus will be on building a high-performance and low-power transceiver. Targeting use-cases involve positioning, internet, imagery, and other such services. | BTech or MTech Degree in CSE, EEE, ECE or ENI; | Hand-on coding experience in C/C++, Python, Matlab, etc. Familiarity with systems programming and related development environments. Knowledge of wireless communication is good to have, but not mandatory. |
Fellowship: ₹37,000 - ₹42,000 per month (based on the year of PhD and performance)
