Research Associate II position under DST-NSF  funded project

Applications are invited for the position of Research Associate II in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems at BITS Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus, Goa for a DST-NSF sponsored  research project titled “GameSignAI: Using AI to help deaf children acquire language skills”  (DST/INT/USA/NSF-DST/Sougata/P-12/2024 (G)).

Co-Principal Investigator: Swaroop Joshi, Surjya Ghosh, Sravan Danda

Broad area of Research: Human Computer Interaction, Accessibility, Computer Vision, Educational Technology

Duration of the project: 2 years

Number of Positions: One (1)

Fellowship Amount: Up to Rs. 61,000 + 10% HRA per month based on the candidate’s qualification and experience.  

Accommodation: Hostel accommodation will be provided subject to availability and will be governed by the rules and regulations of the Institute prevailing at the time of joining of the candidate.

Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics engineering preferred. Candidate should have a strong publication record.
