Women 4 Women (W4W)

Overview

BITS Women 4 Women (W4W) is a pioneering initiative by the BITSian women community, dedicated to empowering and supporting fellow BITSian women through scholarships, fellowship, mentorship, research funding, and professional development opportunities. This campaign embodies the spirit of solidarity, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder the aspirations of talented women at BITS Pilani.

Why This Campaign?

Women in STEM and higher education often face unique challenges, including financial barriers that limit access to quality education and career advancement. Through Women for Women, we aim to:

  • Provide financial assistance through scholarships for meritorious and deserving female students.
  • Offer fellowships for women.
  • Fund women-led student projects, research, and entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Foster a strong and supportive alumnae network for mentorship and guidance.
  • Support leadership programs and career development initiatives.
  • Facilitate internship opportunities for women in companies led by BITSian alumna and supporters.

How You Can Contribute?

This campaign is an opportunity for BITSian women across generations to give back and uplift their peers. Contributions can be made in the form of:

  • One-time donations: Provide support to one student for the entire duration of her studies.
  • Recurring contributions: Monthly or annual donations to ensure sustainable impact.
  • Corporate sponsorships & matching grants: Amplify the impact by leveraging corporate giving programs.
