Swathi P S hold a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Psychology from Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara college, Mangalore university with First rank in MSc Psychology. She has cleared UGC NET in Psychology thrice and UGC JRF. She also cleared GATE in Psychology with All India Rank 93. She worked in NIMHANS (Institute of national importance) in an International project with John Hopkins University as a research assistant. She also worked as an Assistant professor in the department of Psychology, JAIN University. She was selected as youth mental health research fellow at TATA Institute of Social sciences. She is currenlty workig in the SPARC Project under Prof. Basavadatta Mitra in collaboration with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and pursuing PhD in the area of education and psychology with cultural aspects.
