"A great story unfolded in the Department of Electricals and Electronics Engineering, BITS Pilani, to brighten up Teachers Day 2023. The teachers of the department announced an award named the “Prof G. Raghurama Best Graduating Student Award”, to appreciate, acknowledge and reward the academic achievements of students of EEE. The award serves a dual purpose – it’s a great blessing from the teachers to the students and it also honors a great teacher of EEE. That the award was instituted by the generous contribution of BITS Pilani Alumni is an icing on the cake and completes the cycle. Such stories inspire us and make life a journey worth pursuing.
