Dissemination of timely information to internal and external stakeholders is the primary goal of the Division. From managing official announcements to curating engaging content for different platforms, we work tirelessly to keep students, faculty, and staff well-informed about campus events, academic developments, and other relevant matters.

Outreach
BPDC is committed to providing multiple platforms for students, teachers, principals, counselors and parents in the community to understand the opportunities at our campus awaiting for those looking to pursue higher education. STEAM@BITS, STEM Teachers Award, BITS Sports Festival, JASHN (cultural festival), Enginuity etc. are some of the annual events curated to include school students and teachers. Internships, job shadowing, mentorship, project guidance, workshops, seminars, symposiums, conferences, panel discussions etc. offered by the faculty and staff at BPDC to school students provide the enrichment and head-start for higher education in Dubai.
We are open to collaborations with organizations and join hands to empower the young adults to build a thriving society.
Marketing
The Division is actively engaged in timely media releases, engaging through social media platforms, digital marketing, sponsorships, advertising, give-aways, publicity, interviews, collaterals and creatives and many more.
Visitors- individual, corporate and governmental, are accorded cordial and generous hospitality by the team. Campus visits are available on all working days during the office hours and the same can be pre booked for visits on holidays.
MAHA Mall
The in-house store for gifts and souvenirs from BPDC, MAHA Mall, offers a range of items such as T-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, caps, and water bottles, providing a piece of campus spirit within reach. The store is a one-stop-shop for all your BPDC memorabilia needs.
