I am an algebraist by training and I am interested in algebra, geometry and graph theory. In mathematics I like to solve problems especially challenging ones, a good problem, a cup of tea and a warm blanket on a cold day, is my idea of a good time :)

 

Apart from mathematics I am deeply interested in fine arts, and I love to read.

 

I play correspondence chess on chess.com, my favorite chess player of all time is A. Alekhine, and my current favorite is Vishy Anand.  My favorite opening is two knights opening. With white I would almost always open e4.
