I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor at BITS Pilani, Goa Campus. I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Guwahati, India. Following my doctoral studies, I pursued postdoctoral research as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
My research interests primarily lie in:
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Acoustic Sensing
- Sensing Techniques
In addition, my earlier research contributions have spanned:
- In-network data fusion for resource-constrained environments
- Machine inference on low-power and embedded devices
- Sentiment analysis on large-scale textual data
- Community detection in social networks
I bring with me 5+ years of teaching experience, both within India and internationally, which has further enriched my academic and research perspectives.
