Department of Chemical Engineering is working on research areas such as biodiesel, bioethanol, pulping of agro material, petrochemicals, electrochemical engineering, polymers, zeolite catalyzed reactions etc.

- Mathematical modeling of ruthenium crossover in Direct Methanol fuel cells.
