  • Hostel accommodation to students

  Any maintenance complaints (Electrical, Plumbing and carpentry) in the hostels can be entered in the registers available near the hostel entrance. Complaints regarding internet connection should be made to the Information Processing Centre (Server Room) in B block.

  • Travel arrangements during vacations
  • Fee Collection and Scholarships
  • Issue of Id-Cards and Bonafide Certificates
  • Monitoring the Student Activity Center
  • Processing of Medical Insurance claims

   

• Medical Insurance

  Medical Insurance is applicable, only if the student is hospitalized for more than 24 hours and the claim documents have to reach the insurance company within 15 days of the discharge from hospital. 

  The documents required to be submitted, at the time of making the claim, are:

  • Discharge summary from hospital.
  • All prescriptions and receipts for Medicines and Tests.

• Sports & Other Activities

  The division monitors and maintains the sports facilities available on campus. The sports facilities available on campus include:

  • Indoor games like Table Tennis, Foosball, Caroms and chess in Hostel common rooms. 
  • Outdoor games like Volleyball, Throwball and badminton in the hostel quadrangles.
  • Facilities in the Student Activity Centre include: Synthetic Tennis and basketball courts (2 each) with floodlight facility.
  • Student Activity Centre also has indoor Badminton courts with wooden flooring (2 courts), Table Tennis, Carom board, Chess, Pool tables and separate GYM for boys and girls.
  • Student Activity Centre also has facilities for extra-curricular activities like Music, Dance, Fine Arts and Painting etc.
