  • Mr Nikhil Ruban: His research examines the questions of Identity, Aesthetics and Politics in Karisal literature. 
  • Ms Divya Gautam: Her research analyses how male stardom in Bhojpuri cinema reflects the socio-cultural dynamics of the region, examining how masculinity is shaped by intersecting caste and class structures.
  • Ms Swati: Her research explores the intersection of folklore and cultural identity. Her ethnographic study investigates the transformations and expressions within Pabuji ki Phad performances in Rajasthan.
  • Ms Carol Maria Sunny: Her research analyses the linkage between labour and affect in folk performance in urban cultural contexts through performance ethnography. She focuses on the practice of Paraiattam, a folk performance form from Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Ms Monali Kakoty: Her research examines Bhaona, the traditional Assamese theatre, as a unifying experience that transcends entertainment to offer a collective spiritual journey for all participants through its unique healing elements and rituals.
