BITS Pilani–RMIT Joint PhD Opportunity
A Joint PhD opportunity is available under the BITS Pilani–RMIT University collaboration on “Securing Dynamic Memory in Energy-Harvesting based Non-Volatile Processors: An End-to-End Architectural and Experimental Approach.” The research focuses on secure and energy-efficient architectures for intermittently powered and energy-harvesting systems.

B.Tech. / M.Tech. Research Opportunities
I am always interested in working with motivated B.Tech. and M.Tech. students who are passionate about research and would like to develop their projects into meaningful research contributions and publications.

Students interested in Computer Architecture, RISC-V, GPU Architectures, Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), Intermittent Computing, Edge AI/TinyML, IoT and Edge Computing, Memory-Aware AI Accelerators, Hardware Security, and Energy-Efficient Computing are encouraged to reach out for Design Projects, thesis work, and research collaborations.

Research Collaborations
I welcome opportunities to collaborate with students, researchers, and faculty members working in related areas. I am particularly interested in collaborations that bridge computer architecture, GPU and RISC-V systems, memory systems, IoT, hardware security, Edge AI, and energy-efficient intelligent computing.

Interested students can send me an email with their CV, along with a brief description of their research interests, relevant skills, and the area or project they would like to work on. Prior research experience is not mandatory; curiosity, commitment, and a genuine interest in research are highly valued.
