Computer Architecture, Dynamic Memory Management for RISCV and GPU Architectures, Edge Computing and Embedded Systems, Nonvolatile Memories

I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus. My research focuses on computer architecture, non-volatile memory, intermittent computing, GPU and RISC-V memory management, and energy-efficient embedded and edge-AI systems.

I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Ropar, where my doctoral research focused on the design of non-volatile processors for intermittently powered computing systems. Following my Ph.D., I worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at imec, Leuven, Belgium, on dynamic memory management for GPU and RISC-V architectures.

My research aims to design efficient and resilient computing architectures for resource- and energy-constrained systems. My work spans non-volatile memory hierarchies, checkpointing and recovery for intermittently powered devices, memory management, computer architecture security, and memory-aware on-device AI.

I am interested in collaborating with researchers and students working in computer architecture, non-volatile memory, RISC-V, GPU systems, intermittent computing, TinyML, and energy-efficient edge computing.
