  • Won Best Student Award for the year 2004 in S. M. Hindu Senior Secondary School, Sonepat (Haryana).
  • Won Best Paper award for "Dark field imaging in a bright field microscope using tailored polarization of Spoof Surface Plasmons," P. Arora, A. Krishnan, Photonics 2014, 2014. 
  • Won Best Poster Award for "Refractive index and thickness sensing of sub-wavelength thin films using Surface Plasmon imaging," P. Arora and A. Krishnan, National Conference on Nano Science and Nanotechnology (NS&NT-2014), CRNN, 2014.
  • Won an MHRD scholarship during my stay at IIT Madras to pursue M.S. and Ph.D. studies.
  • Won Institute Research Scholar Award in 2016 on Institute Day in IIT Madras, Chennai.
  • The only research scholar selected from IIT Madras, Chennai, to attend the In-Residence Programme for a week at Rashtrapati Bhavan in 2016.
  • Won the International Travel Support (ITS) award from the Department of Science and Technology (DST) in 2016.
  • Won Lady Devis fellowship for Postdoc. Studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from the Ministry of Science and Technology Israel from 2016-2018.
