Sanjiv Kumar Choudhary started his teaching career from a traditional college in 1989. From 1992 to 1997 he was involved in research work and in 1997 he joined English language teaching institute, Assam as a Teacher Trainer and continued in that profession till June 2004.During this period he traveled different parts of the north east of India to conduct workshops and training programmes for teachers. On 12th July 2004, he joined the Languages Group of BITS, Pilani as a Lecturer.
