The Department of HSS at BITS Pilani Dubai Campus offers the following two distinct Management Programmes designed to meet the needs and requirements of fresh graduates and working professionals from diverse educational and professional background:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
 

The MBA program gives students exposure to different domains of management such as, marketing, finance, human resource management, information systems and analytics, operations and supply chain management. The program is designed to cater the requirements and interests of graduates with different backgrounds and the working professionals from different industries. The two-year MBA is divided in three semesters of holistic classroom training coupled with one semester of industry exposure through a structured and evaluative internship (Practice School) making this programme one of its kind. The purpose of Practice School is to offer corporate exposure to fresh graduates and make them industry orientated even before they step-out of the Institute. The working professionals can opt for Dissertation (instead of Internship) to advance their knowledge and skills in the preferred area of interest.  

MBA in Business Analytics

The MBA in Business Analytics, offered by BITS Pilani Dubai Campus, is designed to develop among students, the necessary skills and problem-solving aptitude involved in the process of data-driven decision making in the area of business and management. With a robust business analytics curriculum, embedded with a strong and unique industrial component, and through various innovative pedagogies, the University aims to deliver a cutting-edge programme in a dynamic and flexible learning environment. The focus is not only on producing impactful business analysts, but also on developing result-oriented personnel.

Eligibility Criteria (MBA and MBA in Business Analytics Programme)

Candidates holding a bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline or its equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks, and having studied at least one subject in mathematics or statistics at the high school (10+2) or higher level.
