Prof. Bala Natarajan received his B.E (honors) degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India, in 1997 and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, in 2002. In the fall of 2002, he joined the department of electrical and computer engineering at Kansas State University as an assistant professor. He was promoted to associate professor in 2008 and professor in 2013. He currently holds the Clair N. Palmer and Sara M. Palmer Electrical Engineering Professorship and is the director of the Cyber Physical Systems and Wireless Innovations (CPSWin) group. He received a second Ph.D. degree in theoretical statistics from Kansas State University in 2018. In his tenure at K-State, he has held multiple administrative positions within the department and across the university, including serving as the interim director of International Research Development and Graduate Recruitment for the College of Engineering from 2014-15. In 2013, he served the State of Kansas as the sector lead for communications as part of the Critical Infrastructure Protection

Prof. Kirill received a Ph.D. in Radiophysics from the Kotelnikov Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2015. From 2016 to 2024, Kirill was a Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Scientist at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia, and a Research Fellow at the University of Siena, Italy.

Prof. Mayank Shrivastava is a faculty member at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and co-founder of AGNIT Semiconductors Pvt. Ltd. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (2010). For his PhD work, he received the Excellence in Research award and the Industrial Impact award from IIT Bombay in 2010. He is among the first recipients of the Indian section of the American TR35 award (2010) and the first Indian to receive the IEEE EDS Early Career Award (2015). He is also an Editor of IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices. Besides, he is an IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) Distinguished Lecturer and an elected member of the IEEE EDS Board of Governors.

Prof. Mohamed Atef is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Communication Engineering at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), Al Ain, UAE. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Assiut University, Egypt, and earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien), Austria, with a specialization in integrated optoelectronic circuits and optical communication systems.

Prof. M. Balakrishnan is a Professor on leave from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, IIT Delhi. He obtained his B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics & Electrical Engg. from BITS Pilani in 1977 and his Ph.D. from the EE Dept. IIT Delhi in 1985. He worked as a Scientist in CARE, IIT Delhi, from 1977 to 1985, where he was involved in designing and implementing real-time DSP systems. For the last 32 years, he has been involved in teaching and research in digital systems design, electronic design automation, and embedded systems.

Prof. Sangeeta Kale is a Professor of Physics at DIAT, Pune. Also, she works as the Dean (Research) and Director (International Cooperation) at DIAT. Prior to this, she has held various positions, including Director (Policy and Planning), Officiating Vice Chancellor (DIAT), Dean (Academics), and Head of Department on several occasions. She has been associated with Fergusson College, Pune, as a faculty member before moving to DIAT. Her area of work is Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials for applications in Sensing, Devices, and drug delivery vehicles. She, along with my students, has more than 140 Research Publications in Peer-reviewed Journals, 8 Book Chapters, 4 Books, and 1 Biography to her credit.

Prof. Shankar Prakriya received the B.E (Hons.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli, in 1987. He worked for the Indian Space Research Organization for a few years. He received the M.A.Sc (Engg.) and PhD from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada, in 1993 and 1997, respectively. He joined the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi as a lecturer in 1997 and is now a professor in the department of electrical engineering.

Perumal Nithiarasu (PN) is Professor and Associate Dean of Research, Innovation and Impact within the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Swansea University. Previously, PN served as Dean, Academic Leadership (2015-2021), Deputy Head of Engineering (2018-2021) and Head of Zienkewicz Centre for Computational Engineering (2013-2018). PN has also served in several SU committees including HR Research Working Group as a chair leading the HR excellence award submission and REF14 impact and appeal committees as a member. PN has proposed and implemented a public lecture named after the father of the finite element method, Professor O.C. Zienkiewicz. This lecture strengthened Swansea's relationship with many societies including LSW, SWIEET, RAEng and IACM.

Prof. Sriparna Saha is a distinguished researcher and academic serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna. She received her M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata. Her research interests span Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Multimodal Information Processing, Information Extraction, Text Mining, Bioinformatics, and Multi-objective Optimization. She has authored over 400 research publications, a Springer book, and has made significant contributions to AI and data-driven technologies. Prof. Saha is a Fellow of IETE and a Senior Member of IEEE. She has received numerous prestigious honors, including the Google India Women in Engineering Award, NASI Young Scientist Platinum Jubilee Award, SERB Women in Excellence Award, SERB Early Career Research Award, and the Humboldt Research Fellowship, among several national and international recognitions. She has also held visiting research positions at leading institutions in Germany, France, Italy, Japan, and the United States, fostering global collaborations in artificial intelligence and language technologies.

Prof. Suresh Chandra Srivastava is a distinguished power systems engineer and an internationally recognized expert in electrical power systems, smart grids, and renewable energy integration. He serves as the Director of the IIT Kanpur–La Trobe University Research Academy and is a Distinguished Visiting Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. With more than three decades of academic, research, and leadership experience, he has made significant contributions to modern power system analysis, operation, and control.
