Bala Natarajan received his B.E (honors) degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India, in 1997 and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, in 2002. In the fall of 2002, he joined the department of electrical and computer engineering at Kansas State University as an assistant professor. He was promoted to associate professor in 2008 and professor in 2013. He currently holds the Clair N. Palmer and Sara M. Palmer Electrical Engineering Professorship and is the director of the Cyber physical systems and Wireless Innovations (CPSWin) group. He received a second Ph.D. degree in theoretical statistics from Kansas State University in 2018. In his tenure at K-State, he has held multiple administrative positions within the department and across the university including serving as the interim director of International Research Development and Graduate Recruitment for the College of Engineering from 2014-15. In 2013, he served the State of Kansas as the sector lead for communications as part of the Critical Infrastructure Protection.

From 2016 to 2024, Kirill was a Postdoctoral Fellow and a Research Scientist at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia, and he was a Research Fellow at the University of Siena, Italy.

Prof. Mayank Shrivastava is a faculty member at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and co-founder of AGNIT Semiconductors Pvt. Ltd. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (2010). For his PhD work, he received Excellence in Research award and the Industrial Impact award from IIT Bombay in 2010. He is among the first recipients of the Indian section of the American TR35 award (2010) and the first Indian to receive IEEE EDS Early Career Award (2015). He is also an Editor of IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices. Besides, he is an IEEE Electron Device’s Society (EDS) Distinguished Lecturer and an elected member to the IEEE EDS Board of Governors.

M. Balakrishnan is a Professor on leave from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, IIT Delhi. He obtained his B.E.(Hons.) in Electronics & Electrical Engg. from BITS Pilani in 1977 and Ph.D. from EE Dept. IIT Delhi in 1985. He worked as a Scientist in CARE, IIT Delhi from 1977 to 1985 where he was involved in designing and implementing real-time DSP systems. For the last 32 years, he is involved in teaching and research in the areas of digital systems design, electronic design automation and embedded systems.

I have been associated with Fergusson College, Pune, as a faculty, before moving to DIAT. Prof. Sanket Goel is a distinguished academic, researcher, and innovator in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. He currently serves as the Birla Chair Professor and is the Head of the Center for Research Excellence in Semiconductor Technologies (CREST). His interdisciplinary research spans MEMS, microfluidics, nanoelectronics, biosensors, cyber-physical systems, smart sensing technologies, wearable devices, renewable energy systems, and semiconductor technologies.

I received the M.A.Sc (Engg.) and PhD from the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada in 1993 and 1997 respectively. I joined the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi as a lecturer in 1997, where I am now a professor in the department of electrical engineering.

Prof. Sriparna Saha is a distinguished researcher and academic serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna. She received her M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata. Her research interests span Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Multimodal Information Processing, Information Extraction, Text Mining, Bioinformatics, and Multi-objective Optimization. She has authored over 400 research publications, a Springer book, and has made significant contributions to AI and data-driven technologies. Prof. Saha is a Fellow of IETE and a Senior Member of IEEE. She has received numerous prestigious honors, including the Google India Women in Engineering Award, NASI Young Scientist Platinum Jubilee Award, SERB Women in Excellence Award, SERB Early Career Research Award, and the Humboldt Research Fellowship, among several national and international recognitions. She has also held visiting research positions at leading institutions in Germany, France, Italy, Japan, and the United States, fostering global collaborations in artificial intelligence and language technologies.
