This is Sahithi, the Campus Wellness In-Charge at BITS Pilani, Goa. She is a psychologist with five years of professional experience and is currently a PhD scholar in Psychology. Her work focuses on trauma, suicide prevention, stress, academic pressure, emotional wellbeing, and crisis support for young adults. She has worked across colleges, corporates, and healthcare settings, delivering therapy, crisis intervention, and mental health support for diverse student populations. She is also a certified QPR Suicide Prevention Instructor and trained in trauma-focused approaches. On campus, she will serve as a safe, approachable, and confidential support system for students navigating emotional, academic, and personal challenges.
