A playful beginning of new journey at BITS

Ludic Odyssey is our ongoing series of fun, interactive, and community-building activities designed to help students feel at home in the institute. Beginning with the orientation week and continuing throughout the semester, these events bring students together through play, creativity, and shared experiences. From light-hearted challenges to collaborative games and informal gatherings, Ludic Odyssey aims to create joyful moments, ease the transition into campus life, and strengthen the sense of belonging within our student community.  

 

  🌿 Explore, Connect, Unwind

Looking for ways to engage with campus life beyond academics? The following communities and initiatives offer opportunities to stay active, explore new interests, meet like-minded people, and simply enjoy the process. These activities are open to all students, require no prior experience, and are designed to encourage participation without the pressure of membership, performance, or long-term commitments.

🏃‍♀️ FitSoc – BITS Goa Sports Club initiative

A community for students interested in fitness, sports, and an active lifestyle. FitSoc regularly organizes running events, fitness challenges, recreational sports activities, and wellness-oriented initiatives that encourage students to stay physically active while having fun.

🌳 BPGC Nature Collective –  Eco Club Initiative

A community of nature enthusiasts that brings together students interested in birds, trees, biodiversity, sustainability, and mindful engagement with the natural world. Activities include nature walks, tree walks, birdwatching sessions, and discussions on sustainable living.

📚 BPGC Reads

A silent reading community where you bring your own book and read in the company of others. No membership, no deadlines, and no discussions required—just a shared space to read, reflect, and enjoy the habit of reading at your own pace.

🗣️ BPGC Language Club

A space for students to learn, practice, and appreciate languages and cultures. Whether you want to pick up a new language, improve conversational skills, or simply interact with people from diverse linguistic backgrounds, the Language Club offers an informal and welcoming environment for exploration and exchange.

 

🧠 Friday Nights – BITS Goa Quiz Club Initiative

A weekly trivia night open to all, offering a fun and relaxed way to end the week. Students can show up, find a spot, and dive into a mix of questions spanning a range of topics - no preparation or experience required. A space to team up with friends or make new ones over a casual evening of curiosity, conversation, and good company. Whether a seasoned quizzer or simply someone looking for something to do on a Friday, everyone is welcome.
