Sponsorship Options

To enhance visibility for our sponsors, we are taking several steps before and at the event. Some of the mechanisms include:

Highlight sponsors in all email and physical outreach to participants
Highlight sponsors on the website for the event
Provide excellent visibility at the event venue as well as other premises of the institute

Kit Bag Sponsor	100000	The cost of the kit bag sponsorship would be Rs. 1,00,000 plus the cost of the kit bag. The design of the kit bag will be decided by the Organizing Committee. The sponsors’ details/logo would be printed on the kit bag, in addition to the logo of the Department of Pharmacy, BITS Pilani, and the Indian Pharmacological Society (IPS). The approximate number of kits are estimated to be 200.
Meal Sponsor	75000/per meal	Meal sponsorship is offered for Lunch and Dinner Each meal sponsor will get visibility at the following avenues. Vertical hoarding near the food serving area Invitation in the kit – meal ticket (with sponsor name)
Merchandise Sponsor	50000	The cost of sponsoring any particular merchandise is Rs 50000 plus the cost of the merchandise, which we can help procure through a high-quality branded vendor. The approximate number/item is estimated to be 200. Options are: Pendrive or Laser Pointer Notepad, Pen Any other merchandise of the sponsor’s choice
