Registration Cancellation Policy
It is possible to withdraw from the INNOVATE-2024 and receive a refund. By February 29, 2024, email notification must be delivered in written form to the Organizing Secretary at conferenceinnovate2024@pilani.bits-pilani.ac.in. All pertinent information about the bank account to which a potential refund could be sent must be included in the communication. The amount of the return will be reduced by a processing fee. After this date, there will be no reimbursements for Cancellations. Refund inquiries will only be handled after the conference.
