Indian registrations are inclusive of 18% GST, which will be remitted to the Government of India as per GST norms.

• Bank charges, foreign exchange conversion charges, and payment gateway fees, if any, will be applicable separately.
• Every accepted paper can have up to 6 pages in the final PDF. If needed, up to 2 additional pages (beyond the basic 6 pages) can be added to the final version of the paper, with an additional fee of INR 1000 per page or 50 USD per page for foreign authors.
• The registration fee covers all processes related to conference organization and hospitality.
• All eligible publications (Soft Copy / IEEE), submitted in compliance with applicable deadlines and the pre-notified policy on Review Process, Publication & Indexing, are free of cost .
• Only registered authors will be entitled to receive a presentation certificate.
• Full Conference registration entitles participants to:
• Reception coupon
• Registration Kit
• Banquet dinner coupon
• Lunches and coffee breaks for all conference days
  
  Note: The conference registration fee does not include accommodation. However, the organizers will facilitate suitable accommodation arrangements on a paid basis, subject to availability.
  
  

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email) to the Conference Secretariat.
• For registrations cancelled on or before 10 November 2026, a refund will be processed after deduction of a flat administrative charge of:
• ₹1,000 for Indian registrations
• USD 50 for Foreign registrations
• No refund will be issued for cancellation requests received after 10 November 2026.
• GST, bank charges, foreign exchange conversion charges, and payment gateway fees, if any, are non-refundable and will be deducted as applicable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-show authors or participants.
• Registration fees are non-transferable.
