Registration Guidelines
  • Indian registration fees are inclusive of 18% GST, which will be remitted to the Government of India as per applicable GST regulations
  • Bank charges, foreign exchange conversion charges, and payment gateway fees, if any, shall be borne by the participant and may apply additionally.
  • Each accepted paper may have up to 6 pages in the final camera-ready submission
  • A maximum of 2 additional pages may be included beyond the 6-page limit, subject to an extra charge of ₹1,000 per page for Indian authors or USD 50 per page for foreign authors
  • The registration fee covers conference participation and associated hospitality arrangements during the event.
  • All eligible publications submitted in accordance with the conference deadlines and the notified policies on review, publication, and indexing are included without any additional publication fee
  • Only registered presenting authors will be entitled to receive a presentation certificate.

Note: Conference registration does not include accommodation. However, the organizers will facilitate suitable accommodation options on a paid basis, subject to availability.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the Conference Secretariat.
  • For cancellation requests received on or before 10 November 2026, the refund will be processed after deduction of a flat administrative charge of ₹1,000 for Indian registrations or USD 50 for foreign registrations.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellation requests received after 10 November 2026.
  • GST, bank charges, foreign exchange conversion charges, and payment gateway fees, if any, are non-refundable and will be deducted as applicable.
  • No refund will be issued in case of no-show.
  • Registration is non-transferable..
