Limited accommodation will be available on-campus in the hostel and Institute Guest House on a first-come, first-serve basis at reasonable charges.

Options for accommodation (On-campus):

1. BITS Guest House (Rs 1600 / per person / per night, half price if shared with another person)
2. BITS Hostel Apartment (Rs 400 per person / per night)

# The bank may charge an additional fee for online transactions as applicable.

# For the accompanying person, there will be additional charges of ₹3000(for meals, including GST). The accompanying person will not be eligible to receive the registration kit and conference material.
