Note:

The registration fees cover all food expenses, including a banquet dinner. Please note that accommodation is not included; for accommodation options, refer to the information on the conference website.

Participants wishing to bring an accompanying person who would like to access conference facilities, including the conference dinner, will need to pay additional charges.

Please be aware that an additional 25% of the registration fee will be levied for late or on-the-spot registrations, with prior approval from the organizer.

The organizers of ASCML 2027 hope that everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend. However, in case of extenuating circumstances, the cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

Conference registration cancellations must be submitted via email to ascml2027@pilani.bits-pilani.ac.in on or before December 21, 2026, to be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Please note that the refund will be processed after the conference concludes.

Requests for registration cancellations received after December 21, 2026, will not be considered as per the cancellation policy.
