Best Presentation Award

• The conference is pleased to announce the “BEST PRESENTATION AWARD”, which will be presented to the participant who delivers an outstanding presentation demonstrating excellence in the areas of Scientific Computing and Applications to Science and Engineering.

• The award aims to recognize and encourage high-quality research presentations that demonstrate originality, technical excellence, clarity of presentation, and significant contributions to the field of scientific computing and its applications.

• All participants presenting their research papers at the conference are eligible for consideration. The award will be evaluated based on the quality and originality of the research, scientific significance, clarity of the presentation, organization and delivery, and the ability to effectively communicate the research findings.

• The winner will be selected by the Best Presentation Award Committee and will be announced during the conference. The award includes a monetary prize sponsored by BITS Pilani, Rajasthan, along with a certificate of achievement and special recognition at the conference.

• We encourage all participants to present their research with enthusiasm and clarity and to take this opportunity to showcase their contributions to the broader scientific computing community.

Submission Guidelines

• Create Your Microsoft CMT Account
  Visit https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ to get started.
  Click on “Register” located in the top right corner.
  Complete the registration form with the required information to set up your account.

• Log In and Locate the Conference
  Log into your account.
  Navigate to the “All Conferences” tab or use the search function to find the conference you're interested in (e.g., ASCML 2027).
  Click on the conference link once it appears in the search results.

• Initiate a New Submission
  Within the conference portal, head to the Author Console.
  Select “Create New Submission” or “Submit Abstract” or a similar option.

• Complete the Submission Form ( Fill the necessary information and upload the abstract in a single pdf in the given format).

CMT Acknowledgement

• The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft, and they bear all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
