Parallel Programming Special Interest Group



Parallel Programming Special Interest Group was founded in September, 2011 at BITS-Pilani, Pilani campus. Its basic goal is to spread awareness about different parallel computing technologies, provide technical support and serve as a common umbrella for all parallel programming enthusiasts of the campus. It has conducted many technical sessions on “NVIDIA’s Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA)” and “Message Passing Interface (MPI)”. It also has showcased multiple student projects during technical festival of institute, APOGEE.
