Online Wellness Program (Website & App): Self help program for psychological help:
This eclectic wellness intervention program is suitable for students (age range-16-28 years) and it is supposed to improve their life-skills (especially in terms of their self-management, stress management, emotional intelligence and time management) and the non-clinical population (especially students) can take benefit from this self-help, self-directed, psycho-educational, research-based wellness program.

Dr. Rajneesh Chouisa and his team  have developed this Self Help Program.  ACC would like to thank Dr. Rajneesh and his team for providing this opportunity for student community through ACC.
