About the Conference
LAMBDA, Department of EEE, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus jointly with the Vacuum Electronic Devices & Applications Society (VEDA-S), Bangalore, is organizing the 21st National Conference on Emerging Trends in Vacuum Electronic Devices & Applications (VEDA-2026), during December 20–22, 2026. The conference aims to provide a networking platform for researchers and professionals from R&D, academia, industry, and students to share their work & experience in the broad area of vacuum electronic devices and applications.
The conference will cover a comprehensive tutorial on design and development aspects of vacuum electronic devices and systems. The subsequent two days will feature plenary sessions, invited talks by renowned experts, and presentations of contributed papers, addressing a wide range of topics in vacuum electronic devices and their applications.

About VEDAS Society
The Vacuum Electron Devices & Applications Society (VEDAS) was established to promote research, innovation, and collaboration in the field of vacuum electronic devices and their applications. As part of its mission, VEDAS, in collaboration with the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, is organizing the National Conference on Emerging Trends in Vacuum Electronic Devices & Applications (VEDA 2026) during 20–22 December 2026. The conference aims to bring together experts from academia, R&D organizations, industries, and government laboratories to discuss recent advances, emerging technologies, and future directions in vacuum electronics.
