Accommodation

• Accommodation will be available to conference delegates inside the campus at the VFAST Guest House on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Accommodation will be provided on a shared basis.
• Regular Rooms: Rs. 1,500 per day.
• Student delegates will be accommodated in the student hostel on a shared basis inside the campus. Nominal charges will apply.
• For outside accommodation options and charges, please refer to this list . Delegates may approach outside accommodation providers directly. This is a tentative list, and charges may vary. Please confirm the rates with the respective hotel.
