The instruction division monitors various
stages of conducting a course by getting feedback both from teachers &
students as to the progress of the course and the way it is conducted
and the way evaluation is taking place in a continuous manner. Its experience
shows that the healthy practices of getting feedback from the students has
restored confidence amongst

students and allowed the remedial measures to be
taken in terms of updating courses ,improving evaluation methods and teaching
techniques. Instruction Division also ensures that the teacher gets an
opportunity to develop his skills with the help of Intensive Teaching Workshop
periodically conducted by the institute.
