Dr.  Remica  Aggarwal  is working as Assistant  Professor in the Department of Management , Birla Institute of Technology and Science . She has done her Bsc( H) Statistics and MSc (Operational Research ) from Hindu college,  DU (Gold medalist ) and  M Phil and Ph.D from Department of Operational  Research ,  Faculty of Mathematical Sciences , University of Delhi.  She has around seven years of academia, industry and research experience on CSIR/ DRDO funded research projects.  She has to her credit more than 20 research papers, reports and case articles in various peer reviewed journals of national and international repute, conference proceedings and book chapters. She is a member of professional bodies such as Operational Research Society of India (ORSI) , International Association of Engineers (IAENG),the IAENG Society of Computer Science, the IAENG Society of Data Mining and an active member of program and organising committees in many international conferences held in India. Her research interests include Multi Criteria Decision Making, Multi-Objective Optimization Models, Selection and Performance Measurement models and techniques such as Analytic Hierarchy Process and Data envelopment Analysis in the field of Marketing, HR and Supply Chain.
